Creating another blog, need more options and blogger simply much more complicated work, for example, wanted to put a section of which more comment because I saw this system on another blog and found it very good because it is an incentive for your readers.
The remaining option is Wordpress, now is the best blogging platform, but is a bit more complicated than the management of Blogger.com
